As Mayor, I will not make or redirect a budget based on the performances of previous years. No. I will craft “common sense” budgets for the city based on what is needed the most, what is necessary, what will get families going, what is best for the next generation and what is most suitable for the general well being of all New Yorkers’.
I will act to protect family budgets and I promise to always be with you in though times.
